As Othrik has an additional 0 and 1st-level spell he can prepare I assume those will be first aid and an additional Cure Light Wounds? Maedhros is in the worst shape and Othrik heals him for 4 points, completely healing his wounds.
Hoarfrost is at 1 out of 4 hit points and Othrik is at 4 out of 9 hit points.
I’ll also assume Sha-gra prepares 1 each of his spells?
Your trip back is uneventful and you arrive back at the temple on mid- morning of the 12th of Erstdain.
Hoarfrost and Othrik have each regained 1 hit point.
What do you do?

"Do we feel ready to return to the caves, or should we camp here tonight and watch the cave from a distance to see if there is any unusual activity?"

"Watching from afar for the evening sounds quite good to me."

"Let's make camp then, and we can watch what the creatures are up to."

Sha-gra finds a flat area to rest his wordly belongings and then sits and faces the direction of the cave. He quietly stares, looking into the distance as if searching for the answers to life somewhere beyond the horizon.

You get settled but see no activity from the temple area all day. Right around sunset a grizzly bear wanders into your camp. Only Loreli is unsurprised by the creature. It ambles into camp and makes straight for Hoarfrost, sniffing and huffing as it goes. Loreli may act in the surprise round, then we go into regular combat initiative in the following order: Sha-gra, Loreli, Othrik, Maedhros, Hoarfrost, bear.

Loreli will draw her sword and attack.

The bear then attacks Loreli, it’s claw missing, but it’s other claw connecting for 2 damage. It bites at her as well but misses. Regular initiative can now be joined by Sha-gra, Loreli, Othrik, Maedhros, Hoarfrost, and the bear, acting in that order.

Sha-gra calls upon his knowledge of magic, and begins to weave the sound (Ghost Sound) of demonic spirits between the group and the bear. He hopes that their haunting voices will drive the bear to run off away from everyone.

Sha-gra retrieves a small piece of earwax from a pouch, and suddenly moans and wails in some black tongue rise up in the midst of combat. Unfortunately, the bear pays no attention to them.
Loreli misses the bear completely (1 rolled.)
Othrik joins the fray and hits the bear (17 rolled) for 6 points of damage.
(auto-post for Maedhros) Maedhros also attacks with his heavy pick, and deals 6 points of damage (16 rolled to hit).
Hoarfrost attacks with his staff and misses (1 rolled).
The bear wheels on Hoarfrost, clawing him for 4 points of damage, and again for 7 points of damage. The bear has caught Hoarfrost in a hub and bites him for an additional 9 points of damage. Hoarfrost falls limply to the ground as the bear releases him.
Initiative order for the new round is Othrik, Sha-gra, the grizzly bear, Maedhros and Loreli. Please post your actions.

Othrik will try to position himself between the bear and Hoarfrost, then hack at the bear with his axe again.
