Bowen has said nothing since defeating the dwarven creatures. The young man's lips are pressed so tightly together that the colour has faded from them completely, leaving only a grim white line. He avoids making eye contact with anyone, and holds his battle axe and shield at the ready.
((I'm not sure if the party has much interest in letting the derro live... Even if he might give us some information.))

Bec looks gravely at the derro.
"It is safer to kill it. And probably justice, as well. Still, it feels wrong to slay the thing in cold-blood. It...it just doesn't sit well with me."
Despite Bec's strength and ability, it easy to see on his face that he is still hardly more than a simple boy from his village.

Another badly wounded derro lies on the ground. No sooner does Mischa dispatch the first than Scar yowls in pain (Mischa’s empathy lets her kjnow that Scar has taken poison damage and has taken 1 point of CON damage.) What does everyone do?

Casimir grimaces at the cold calculating cut by Mischa. "If I only had acted sooner...", he thinks to himself....
Casimir gathers himself and moves to the head of the line he continues down the hallway, hoping that everyone follows suit.

While she is checking, Bowen feels a twinge from his wounds and takes 1 more point of CON damage.

You return to clearing out the area. After working for about ½ an hour the light spell cast on Anya’drea’s staff expires. Not long after that and you have destroyed all the pods.
You each (save for Newt) earn 180 XP.
As far as clues found on the bodies of the derro; you find the following on them (please indicate who is taking what): 2 small suits of studded leather armor 2 small short swords 2 small repeating light crossbows
