Sir, if would be willing to harbor a DnD newbie in your game, I would like to take the place of the last available character. Note that this would be my first ever DnD experience, so no hard feelings if you should decline. I'm off to lunch, and will view the board later today. Thanks, griff. I think that's a grand idea. Play-by-post might be ideal, even. Should move at a much more relaxed pace, and I don't think you need quite the level of mechanical knowledge to get started. Just RP a little, and build from there. In D&D, the knowledge of rules/mechanics/variables comes second to imagination and, err, fun.

We are at the 24 hour period for posts from Lord Casimir. Please post as soon as possible in the Play thread. If nothing is posted within the next 24 hours I'm afaid I may have to offer the character to another player.

We haven't heard from Newt for 3 1/2 days, so I have sent an email to Reinforcements. I'll give him a day or so to reply, and then start re-recruiting for Newt. In the meantime, Newt is available and NPC'd, should anybody need him for anything.

Looks like I will be taking over Newt! I will jump in the fray during this initiative action...never fear the gm slumber has left poor Newt's eyes and now he appears to be very much revitalized!

This 3.5 game is full at the moment, but should that change, or we move on to the next adventure (which will definitely open it up for more characters) I'll let you know first. In the meantime, feel free to observe, ask questions, etc. There is also a Castles & Crusades game going (sort of old school D&D with less rules) and a potential game of Hackmaster starting (sort of old school D&D with tons more rules) Chris |

As griff has not logged in since 3/29 and has not replied to my emails, Anya'drea has been turned into an NPC. At this stage of the adventure, given the fact that this is a pre-generated character, I did not think it worthwhile to recruit another player for her. However, if anyone would like to take her on, or you know someone who might be interested, feel free to let me know.
