It's compiled Wotc things. Feats, skills, equipment ect. Since its all open source this is legit, right? I duuno. Looks good though, it has everything.

I didn't mean it that way. I sounded harsh? Sorry, didn't mean to. Not everything is open source, although anything open source is legit. Open source is at the lesiure at which WotC adds data to the license. I think it's only core material, actually, but I may be wrong. As far as what's legit, I have relaxed somewhat, but only between games (to be used at the table we have to have a copy of the book.)
