If there is a prestige class, item, etc. that is world-specific, that doesn't mean it can't be converted over to a different world. By way of example, the Living Eberron game has guidelines on converting the Radiant Servant of Pelor to a Radiant Servant of the Silver Flame. Some things may not work, but asking never hurts.
