1. You must announce that you are attempting a called shot at the beginning of your turn. This is a standard action. 2. If you have weapon focus with the weapon with which you are attempting to make a called shot, skip to 3. Otherwise, Make a Concentration check DC 13. If you fail you may not make the called shot or a normal attack, but you may take a free and/or move action. 3. You may attempt only 1 called shot per round 4. The target cannot have moved more than 5ft. in that round before your attempt. If it has you get an additional -5 penalty to your shot. 5. Delivering a called shot provokes an AoO from threatening foes other than your target 6. The attack is penalized based on what you are trying to hit, and if it is particularly well armored or fast moving. 7. Success means you automatically score a critical hit and a critical effect (moderate). A miss is a miss, unless it would have hit the target's normal AC. In that case it's a glancing blow and damage is dealt as normal.
