GHow much out of game information do you like to get? When you do something particularly well, or gain the trust of an NPC, or impress a pretty barmaid and get a +2 on gather information checks, do you like to know about the bonus? Currently I just add it in when it applies and don't announce it (other than small hints that the person is more receptive, or maybe smiles more at you.)

I like the idea of actualy knowing that I did something right. Of course int he end it could lead to resetment if it seems like only certain persons get these usualy.

I think you should offer the information in a role-playing fashion (smiles a bit wider, whispers something about "I do not want to say, but I like you..."). We need to move more toward a role-playing method. If we know the numbers and bonuses, it might lead to more meta-gaming.

Good point. More knowledge of numbers = more subconscious use of numbers
