In the interest of spicing up encounters in Eberron (especially considering the nature of some upcoming encounters), I may hand out 1-time bonuses to combat actions during combat. This would be based on your actions in the combat (sort of like I was hoping to get with the use of action points). It may be anything from a +1 to something, to a temporary decrease to your enemy's initiative. It is not guaranteed, so no complaints if it doesn't happen, but it just may....
