Statistically speaking, all rules in toto favor the PC's. As the monsters that have those extra hight pluses to attacks have been killing the PC's anyway, without benefit of a chart, I believe the biggest impact will simply be determining how many boxes are needed for a particular's PC burial. That reminds me of a new rule: Your burial costs are to be assumed by your widowed spouse and/or next of kin. There will, of course, be an estate tax assessed. Please make a death benefit roll. And if you buy a cheap coffin I'll be bringing you back as a vampiric were-shark with cybernetic implants.

In my version of Cthulu you'd all be keepers of small shops. Make an inventory reconciliation roll (make sure to adjust for the items the driver has been stealing).
Critical Failure! You're clerk has run off to have an adventure. What will you do?!?!
