Absolutley not. When adventuring we divy up items if you guys let me have a ring then thats great. Now the ring is mine though and you dont have a claim to it. If i dont need it any more and you would like it then by all means i woill give it too you, if i choose to. I gave up every thing i own in our last session and i need the money to scribe the spells i need it cost me 25 gold per page and one page per level of the spell to put in my spell book. Personnally this is not a rules call its a roleplaying choice. If you want to make a charter and talk to thevlynn about it thats fine but dont expect him to sign or do as you wish. I am gonna have to be firm on this one. we are a group of adventures but our characters do have dreams and such independent of each other as well please dont kill my enjoyment of the game. Also chris you knew my intent to retrain that feat a long time before i gained a level. Your ruling should heave come at that time not after The opportunity has passed. Its one feat. Is there a way the rule can take effect after this downtime so that those of us who have been really looking forward to this are not left out in the cold. After all its a game and its saposed to be fun. sorry if you guys dont agree but if you want cash for free from thevlynn then you need to ask him in game. *Reply to this as emailed* Corey. Please make your fallings about party treasure known to the group, not just me. I, personally disagree. Just don't expect to be given expensive magic items in the future. My take was as follows. You should have been re-equipped to what you lost. Remaining proceeds after your losses had been replaced should have been split. I am standing firm on my ruling for re-training. It was available for anyone who had the book to read. I don't like re-training at all, but am willing to allow it, but only as written. It is not my ruling. It is a reading of the way the rule works.
