Jen during the downtime could you please cast Earthfast a few times on the tower and the other stone structures I restore. It's a great druid spell that doubles a stone structures hit points and increases the hardness by 10. In other words very hard to destroy. And with both of us Greater Stone Shaping we should be able to get this place fixed up. |

There is no such thing as magic thieve's tools, there is Masterwork Thieve's tools, which give a +2 bonus to Open Lock and Disable Device, those she doesn't need to buy, I had a set I was carrying and I have already told Chris I was giving them to Gilraen.

Folks; I'm going to create a basic town "proposal" to which we can build the town, or at the very least allow people to build. I'm going to create several "lots" of land, that either we can allow people to build on, or, our stone-shapers can shape into the shape of homes, buildings.
I have a lot of carpenters and followers that can help build, reenforce buildings. I think we should take a number of months off to help establish this township - until there's more trouble we can go along.
As for my cloak - I really like it - and I'd be willing to pay the party back for it, but, if we're in dire need of money, I'll sell it, gladly.
Chris, I'll submit to you my new followers, who will be making money for the new township, and be helping build the township as well.
