Ranged cover: After a review I have been adjudicating ranged cover too harshly. You can shoot through other figures with ranged attacks; the target gets the standard +4 to ac for soft cover and there is a chance you will hit the cover. If there are more than 1 creature providing cover I am going to make the +4 cumulative for each creature in the way.

If we have too many players additional NPC's just slow things down even further.
