Nobody has claimed the following:

magic banded mail
magic ring
magic pearl on a chain

Merto has taken his cut of the mundane treasure before he departs (which is why several suits of chain mail, etc. are missing)

I think all the mundane/masterwork items should be gathered and sold (people take what theywant/need of course), along with the art items.

As far as the unclaimed magic items, we should probably check with Jenya before we go and claim any of it, since i think all of it belonged to Saracem. I don't think the church would look kindly upon us looting the corpse of their high Priest.
