Ok, so as it stands, we're slowly going to bleed out the rest of our BP just because of consumption.
If that happens, we're up s***'s creek without a diaper.
I think the first thing we need to do is dump the Promotion we've got going on. Our stability is high enough that we'd only drop to a +19 to the roll, and it'd eliminate our consumption, giving us a better chance (or at least a little more time) to turn our economy around.
I'd also like to shift Jamir's Modifier from Loyalty to Economy. It will drop our loyalty by 4, to 15, but will also increase our economy to 15 as well, and we'll be looking at stats of +15, +15, +18 overall. Much more balanced and realistic in my eyes.
In addition, I'd like to have Jamir donate 4000 gp to our treasury.
Also, i'd like to point out that we're sitting pretty on a little over 16,000 gp (SALE VALUE) worth of magic items and mundane weapons, armor and equipment. Gear that is just sitting around in our "Armory", and is doing no good for no one.
WHY ARE WE HOLDING ON TO THIS STUFF?!?!?!?!?

Keep in mind only items that cost over 4,00gp (empahsis for full cost - no halving) can be sold for BP, and require an Economy check, the DC for which is based on whether it is a minor, moderate, or major item. Only one check per city district is allowed per each economy phase. You can sell other items for gold but the max any item will fetch is 2,500gp. You will get that or 1/2 the item's cost in gold, whichever is less. I do not believe you can change the modifier to which the ruler's ability applies, but you can add modifiers by growing the kingdom. Changing Edicts will have to wait until the next Improvement phase. At this late stage of the week we will have to do economy phase planning at the table, as I have already printed char. sheets.
