Here is an incomplete list of some things that might increase one’s Honor (not guaranteed and your own code of honor may preclude some of these)
*Admonishing another PC when he wrongs you
*Allowing a disarmed opponent to pick up his weapon
*Allowing the enemy to draw first blood
*Allowing the enemy to remove their dead and wounded from the field of battle
*Being associated with someone with a higher honor/ fame factor
*Being blessed by certain classes or creatures
*Using your ‘bragging rights’ by telling tales of your deeds at local taverns
*Delivering the coup de grace to a superior opponent
*Dying (and staying dead) can raise the honor of fellow party members
*Entering into mortal combat sand shield and armor (assuming you can use such)
*Fighting a ‘worthy adversary’ or battle-hardened adversary
*Gloating over a victory
*Humiliating an enemy (if you are witnessed humiliating an honorable character you could alos take an honor hit)
*Picking up the funeral expenses on someone you slew in combat
*Publicly humiliating a creature/ character of a higher level of honor
*Refusing medical treatment for the good of the party (so others may be treated first so the adventure isn’t delayed or hindered)
*Rendering an attitude adjustment
*Taking an arrow or hit for someone else
*Taunting an enemy into fighting
*Urinating on a fallen enemy’s corpse in full view of his companions
*Whoever lands the killing blow gets extra Honor
*Winning a mano-on-mano challenge (or honor duel)
* Your opponent refuses an Honor Duel
*Counting Coup in a successful battle
*Open Competition (a.k.a. Street Rules)
Here is an incomplete list of some things that might decrease one’s Honor (not guaranteed and your own code of honor may preclude some of these)

*Being associated with someone with a lower Honor factor
*Being cursed or vexed by certain classes or creatures
*Being publicly insulted or disparaged (especially by an NPC or someone of a lower experience level than yourself)
*Most forms of dirty fighting, unless the other guy ‘dirty fights’ first
*Dying only to be raised again
*Getting caught in violation of one’s alignment as the result of an alignment audit
*Getting caught bragging about deeds which rightfully belong to someone else
*Killing a host who has provided you food or shelter
